Warranty Coverage

Every product we sell ships with manufacturer warranty coverage. Exact terms vary by supplier, model, and category — the ranges below are typical, not guaranteed. The confirmed warranty for your specific unit is provided in writing before purchase and included with your order. Where a product page states specific terms, those terms govern.

Cold plunge systems

Typical coverage:

  • Tub / shell: 180 days to 3 years against manufacturing defects, depending on model
  • Chiller unit (where included): 1–2 years on compressor, 1 year on parts and labor
  • Filtration / pump (where included): 1 year
  • Electronics: 1 year

Infrared saunas

Typical coverage:

  • Wood / cabinet: 1–7 years depending on model
  • Heaters: 1–5 years depending on model
  • Controls and electronics: 1–3 years
  • Audio / Bluetooth / chromotherapy: 1 year

Red light therapy panels

Typical coverage:

  • LED diodes: 1–3 years depending on model
  • Driver / electronics: 1–2 years
  • Frame / housing: 1–2 years

What's covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Component failure under normal use
  • Workmanship issues

What's NOT covered

  • Damage from misuse, improper installation, or modification
  • Wear-and-tear consumables (filters, water care chemicals, replacement diodes)
  • Damage from water hardness or improper water chemistry on cold plunges
  • Cosmetic wear after extended use
  • Acts of God (lightning, flood, etc.)

How to file a warranty claim

  1. Email support@homerecoveryco.com with your order number, product, and description of the issue
  2. Include photos or short video showing the issue
  3. We coordinate with the supplier and confirm coverage within 2–5 business days
  4. Approved claims result in either a replacement part shipped to you, a service callout (where available), or a full replacement unit depending on the issue

Extended warranty

Some manufacturers offer extended warranty plans on premium products. We'll surface options at checkout where available.
