Home Recovery Co Refund & Return Policy – Freight Recovery Equipment

1. Overview
At Home Recovery Co, we stand behind the quality of our professional-grade recovery systems. Our products are designed for long-term performance and durability.
This policy outlines how returns, damage claims, replacements, and refunds are handled for freight-delivered equipment.
2. Damaged or Defective Items (48-Hour Protection Window)
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To file a claim, email support@homerecoveryco.com and include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
If approved, we will coordinate repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation. Damage reported after 48 hours may not qualify for replacement coverage.
3. Non-Defective Returns (30-Day Window)
Non-defective returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Product must not be assembled, installed, filled with water, heated, or powered on
- All original accessories and documentation must be included
Once a cold plunge, sauna, or red light system has been installed, assembled, filled, powered on, or used, it is considered used equipment and is not eligible for return unless defective.
4. Restocking & Freight Fees
- All approved non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Original outbound freight shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
- Customers are responsible for return freight shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- White-glove delivery, installation services, and specialty freight charges are non-refundable.
5. Refused Deliveries
Refusing delivery without prior authorization will be treated as a return. Freight charges, return shipping, and applicable restocking fees will be deducted from any refund.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Financing approvals and adjustments are subject to the financing provider’s policies.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges for non-defective products are treated as returns and new orders. Defective items may be eligible for direct replacement.
