Home Recovery Co Shipping Policy – Freight Delivery & White Glove Options

1. Overview

Home Recovery Co provides professional-grade recovery systems delivered via insured freight carriers. This policy explains delivery methods, timelines, freight responsibilities, and customer obligations for cold plunges, infrared saunas, and red light therapy systems.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the Continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations may require custom freight quotes.

Standard freight shipping is included for most products unless otherwise noted on the product page.

3. Delivery Options

Curbside Freight Delivery (Included)

  • Carrier delivers the product to the end of your driveway or curb.
  • Customer is responsible for moving the unit into the home.
  • Signature is required at delivery.

White Glove Delivery (Optional Upgrade)

  • Delivery appointment scheduled in advance.
  • Carrier brings product inside your home (ground floor only unless otherwise arranged).
  • Packaging removal included when specified.
  • Installation services may be available depending on product and location.

4. Delivery Timeline

Most orders ship within 3–7 business days depending on supplier inventory. Freight transit time typically ranges from 5–12 business days. Remote or rural areas may require additional time.

The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment once your shipment reaches the local terminal.

5. Delivery Inspection Requirement

IMPORTANT: Customers must inspect the shipment at the time of delivery before signing the bill of lading.

If damage is visible, it must be noted on the delivery receipt and photographed. Failure to document visible damage at delivery may limit freight claim eligibility.

6. Liftgate & Access Requirements

Liftgate service is included when required for curbside freight delivery. The customer must ensure driveway access is suitable for freight trucks. Additional access fees due to delivery restrictions may be billed to the customer.

7. Refused Deliveries

Refusing delivery without prior authorization will be treated as a return. Original freight costs, return freight, and applicable restocking fees will be deducted from any refund.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@homerecoveryco.com. We will coordinate directly with the carrier to resolve the issue.

9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Reshipment due to an incorrect address may result in additional freight charges.
